General Shipping Information
PLEASE NOTE: National Sports orders take 5-10 business days to process and ship.
We're taking extra measures at our distribution centres, which may cause some delays with your order or return. You’ll find more details below. Orders are shipped on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Due to circumstances beyond our control related to COVID-19, we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure our employees are protected. We are currently operating with reduced capacity and are doing our best to fulfill orders as quickly and safely as possible. Additional delays may also occur with carriers delivering parcels on our behalf. Email updates are provided as parcels are shipped and are your best source for parcel tracking information. Customers may receive their order in split shipments.
National Sports ships through Purolator and Canada Post (where applicable, Purolator cannot always deliver to rural addresses). To ensure that orders make it to P.O. boxes and rural route addresses, please include a physical street address or highway number with your order. The Purolator estimated shipping time within Canada is 1-7 business days from shipment date.
Shipping charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.
National Sports cannot be held responsible for any delays caused with packages shipped.
